Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, motivating and empowering young clients to achieve their mental health goals.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral case managers, and coaches to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Engage in the development and implementation of innovative therapy protocols and techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training related to our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
- Licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC).
- Proven experience in addressing pediatric trauma.
- EMDR training is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms for video therapy sessions.
- Strong organizational skills, enthusiasm, and an ability to thrive within a dynamic team setting.
- A warm and engaging clinical demeanor that fosters trust with clients.
- A genuine passion for aiding children and teens in achieving their mental health objectives.
- Flexibility to provide services during evenings, with potential Saturday availability.
- Valid licensure as a therapist in Pennsylvania is essential; additional state licenses are advantageous.
- Experience working in therapeutic contexts with children and adolescents is required.
