Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, enter, and process prescriptions in accordance with established protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of prescription orders, managing workflow, dispensing, and shipping.
- Oversee inventory management, which includes storage, ordering, rotation, and adherence to beyond-use dating.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurers to resolve issues and offer support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and data as per protocols.
- Deliver exemplary patient care, providing support for various programs and coordinating with pharmacists as needed.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of products to offer efficient pharmacy assistance.
- Address outstanding orders through collaboration with pharmacists and the customer experience team.
- Conduct all tasks in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with management and pharmacy professionals.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by your supervisor.
- Must possess an active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri.
- National certification as a pharmacy technician (PTCB or NHA) is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proven capability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.
- 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- Background in a pharmacy setting is highly desirable.

Compensation And Benefits
- Full-time position located in Chesterfield, MO.
- Rotating shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM (Monday-Friday) and Saturday rotations from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
