Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive individual diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and objectives.
- Formulate tailored treatment plans that address presenting issues, goals, and desired outcomes.
- Execute assessments for eligibility determinations concerning state-funded services.
- Deliver individual and group therapy, either in-office or through telehealth.
- Provide crisis intervention and management to safeguard client well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, natural supports, and external providers to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions and services delivered.
- Achieve required weekly billable service hours, with the opportunity for additional incentive pay for exceeding productivity benchmarks.
- Participate in consultation meetings and relevant committees.
- Ensure strict adherence to client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
- Comply with agency policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and memberships.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner and perform additional duties as assigned.
- A Master’s degree in a mental health field (social work, clinical mental health counseling) is a prerequisite.
- Licensure as an LCMHC or LICSW is preferred.
- Experience with co-occurring disorders is advantageous.
- Strong clinical judgment in routine and crisis situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
- Effective documentation skills and the ability to maintain organized records.
- Capability to work autonomously while also functioning as part of a team.
- Willingness to acquire and implement new clinical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- A Master’s degree in a mental health discipline is required.
- Preferred credentials include LCMHC or LICSW licensure.
- Experience with co-occurring disorders is beneficial.

- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid in installments: 1⁄3 at hire, 1⁄3 at 6 months, and 1⁄3 at 12 months of successful employment!)
