Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive individual diagnostic assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and objectives.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that detail presenting issues, goals, and therapeutic interventions.
- Complete eligibility assessments for state-funded services as required.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, both in-office and via telehealth.
- Manage crisis situations by providing timely and effective interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external partners to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and prompt documentation for all services rendered.
- Achieve designated productivity targets for billable hours while having the potential for incentive compensation.
- Participate in relevant consultation meetings and committees to enhance professional engagement.
- Uphold professional standards, ensuring the confidentiality and rights of all clients are protected.
- Execute all responsibilities in compliance with agency policies and federal/state guidelines.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including maintaining licensure and certifications.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., social work, clinical mental health counseling).
- LCMHC or LICSW preferred.
- Experience with co-occurring disorders is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound clinical judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness with electronic health records.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Capacity to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and implement new clinical skills.
- Master's degree in a mental health field is essential.
- LCMHC or LICSW certification preferred.
- Previous experience in therapeutic settings, particularly with adult populations, is preferred.
