Remote Adult Therapist - WFH Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Therapist to join our remote team, committed to delivering comprehensive outpatient mental health services to adults and elders. Our multidisciplinary team is passionate about providing exceptional care to individuals aged 18 and older who are facing severe and persistent mental health challenges, co-occurring developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive individual diagnostic assessments to ascertain client strengths, needs, resources, and objectives.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans that outline problems, objectives, interventions, and desired outcomes.
• Perform assessments to determine eligibility for state-funded services.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions both in-office and remotely through telehealth.
• Offer crisis management and intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Collaborate with treatment team members, natural supports, and external providers to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services rendered.
• Sustain a target number of billable service hours weekly, with opportunities for incentive pay for exceeding expectations.
• Engage in consultation meetings and committee work.
• Uphold client confidentiality and rights while adhering to agency policies and federal/state regulations.
• Maintain professional memberships, licenses, and certifications to support ongoing professional development.
• Represent the organization in a professional manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field (social work or clinical mental health counseling) is required.
• LCMHC or LICSW credentials are preferred.
• Previous experience working with co-occurring disorders is advantageous.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective documentation skills, with experience in electronic health records.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to learning new clinical skills and enhancing professional expertise.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health field is a requisite.
• Preferred credentials include LCMHC or LICSW.
