Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive individual diagnostic assessments to ascertain client strengths, needs, resources, and objectives.
- Formulate personalized treatment plans that outline problems, objectives, interventions, and desired outcomes.
- Perform assessments to determine eligibility for state-funded services.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions both in-office and remotely through telehealth.
- Offer crisis management and intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Collaborate with treatment team members, natural supports, and external providers to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services rendered.
- Sustain a target number of billable service hours weekly, with opportunities for incentive pay for exceeding expectations.
- Engage in consultation meetings and committee work.
- Uphold client confidentiality and rights while adhering to agency policies and federal/state regulations.
- Maintain professional memberships, licenses, and certifications to support ongoing professional development.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field (social work or clinical mental health counseling) is required.
- LCMHC or LICSW credentials are preferred.
- Previous experience working with co-occurring disorders is advantageous.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective documentation skills, with experience in electronic health records.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A commitment to learning new clinical skills and enhancing professional expertise.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
- A Master’s degree in a mental health field is a requisite.
- Preferred credentials include LCMHC or LICSW.
- Experience with co-occurring disorders is a plus.
