Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional mental health support, including individual, family, and group therapy, via telehealth or in-person sessions.
- Perform thorough assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to optimize client care.
- Engage in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Current licensure as an LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT in the State of Maryland, maintained in good standing.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical competencies.
- Experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field.
- Active licensure in Maryland, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse populations.
- Demonstrable experience in therapeutic settings with varying age groups.
