Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with Behavior Therapists and families across various environments, including homes and clinics.
• Actively engage as a key member of a committed team, contributing to weekly supervisory and team meetings.
• Design and oversee individualized goals and strategies for each child, systematically analyzing data to monitor progress and participating in IFSP and IEP meetings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each child’s unique needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement effective behavior plans, ensuring consistency in execution.
• Regularly meet with caregivers to offer support, education, and guidance.
  
  

Required Skills

• Certification as a BCBA and licensure as a LABA in Massachusetts (candidates pending MA Licensure will also be considered).
• Essential experience working with children.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring behavior therapists is highly desirable.
