Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert supervision, mentorship, and support to Behavior Therapists and families in various environments.
- Serve as a collaborative member of an enthusiastic team by engaging in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
- Design and track individualized goals and strategies, analyzing data to assess progress and participating in IFSP and IEP meetings.
- Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, manage behavior plans, and hold regular consultations with caregivers to ensure effective implementation.
- Valid certification as a BCBA and MA licensure (LABA) is required, with candidates pending MA licensure encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated experience working with children.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are necessary.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is essential.
- Experience in providing ABA services in diverse settings is preferred.
- Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with families and caregivers.
