Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and work collaboratively with Behavior Therapists and families across various environments including homes, community spaces, centers, and clinics.
- Actively contribute as an integral member of a dynamic team, participating in regular supervisory and team meetings.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate individual goals and strategies, analyze data to assess progress, and engage in IFSP and IEP meetings.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, manage behavior plans, and facilitate regular consultations with caregivers.
- Certification as a BCBA and valid Massachusetts licensure (LABA); candidates pending MA Licensure are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience working with children.
- Strong skills in creative problem-solving, communication, and organization.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A relevant degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
