- Act as the primary liaison between business users and the IT department, converting business needs into technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify and implement enhancements and optimizations.
- Design and execute standardized processes within the SAP Supply Chain and Planning modules.
- Configure and adapt SAP systems to accommodate changing business requirements.
