Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Systems Manager to support various aspects of our business systems.
- Engage with user groups and functional managers to identify areas for process enhancements.
- Analyze requirements and propose system modifications to optimize operational efficiency.
- Define and track project milestones and requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide continuous support by addressing production issues and implementing business solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation and deliver training to users.
- Consult with department leaders to align system solutions with organizational goals.
- Generate and analyze reports related to production and supply chain using data from our reporting warehouse.
- Work alongside IT teams to manage data updates and system configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficient in utilizing Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, accompanied by 3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in core system operations and maintenance.
- Proven track record in computer system validation and the ability to author necessary deliverables.
- Over 3 years of experience within the manufacturing sector.
