Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Business Systems Manager to facilitate the optimization of business systems.
- Engage with user groups, functional managers, development teams, and IT specialists to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Analyze system requirements and propose modifications to streamline organizational workflows.
- Drive project timelines and deliverables by coordinating activities and resolving challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive user documentation and provide support and training to ensure effective system utilization.
- Develop and maintain protocols for system operations through precise documentation.
- Work in conjunction with department heads to create tailored system solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Analyze and generate production and supply chain reports using data from our reporting systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive teamwork across various departments.
- Proficient in Power BI to analyze and visualize data effectively.
- In-depth understanding of business systems and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining core systems, including but not limited to Batch Management, Demand Planning, and MRP.
- Demonstrated experience with computer system validation, including the creation of CSV deliverables and defect resolution.
- A solid background in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of experience.
