Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies that align with organizational goals and drive growth.
- Provide impactful financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team, influencing major business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to optimize performance.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the board and executive team, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Oversee treasury functions and manage cash flow projections to maximize returns and enhance profitability.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships within the organization and with external financial partners and auditors.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA is preferred.
- 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a senior financial capacity.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and public sector contracting is essential.
- Extensive experience in the healthcare or laboratory sector is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance, particularly in multi-site organizational environments.
