• Navigate and oversee the claims process and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate and monitor the claims supervision capabilities of potential insured clients.
• Establish and implement case evaluations to assess claims viability.
• Confirm reserve adequacy on excess losses to mitigate financial risk.
• Develop and provide strategic high-level risk management and mitigation solutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate, litigated claims within the transportation sector or related commercial liability contexts (preferably in commercial auto).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with third-party administrators or claims departments.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, problem-solving, and mediation acumen.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication competencies.
• In-depth knowledge of injury evaluation methodologies.
• Willingness to travel for mediations, client visits, and industry seminars.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, focusing on transportation or commercial liability issues is preferred.
