Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the logistics sector, encompassing Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload, and Intermodal.
- Provide outstanding customer support by fostering and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
- Supervise daily operations for key accounts, including load planning, shipment tracking, and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Managers and Freight Audit & Pay teams to ensure streamlined operations.
- Enhance logistics processes by identifying and executing strategies that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Commit to continuous learning and adopt new challenges to expand your expertise in logistics and our internal systems.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related domain.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of building customer rapport.
- Strong organizational skills paired with effective time management capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve customer concerns.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in all work-related tasks.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications are preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or logistics management is essential.
