Remote Licensed Therapist | WFH Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic and collaborative virtual practice. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients, with the opportunity to extend services to teens and couples if desired.
• Employ clinical interventions and diagnostic expertise to promote clients’ mental health and personal development.
• Develop DSM-5 diagnoses and customized treatment plans for each client.
• Complete electronic documentation and maintain precise records.
• Engage in consultations with other healthcare providers and family members as needed.
• Remain informed about ongoing education and best practices to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your office and shared spaces.
  
  

Required Skills

• Current licensure in Illinois as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• At least one year of counseling experience, demonstrating a passion for facilitating growth in others.
• Familiarity with tools such as G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and a VOIP voicemail application.
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Competence in managing and scheduling your caseload along with timely and accurate documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Minimum one year of counseling experience, with a commitment to supporting others in their personal journeys.
• Experience in private practice is advantageous but not essential.
