Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services to adults, with the option to work with teens or couples.
- Develop and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and DSM-5 diagnoses.
- Ensure a well-organized workspace and participate in collaborative care through consultations with other professionals.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your ability to serve a diverse client base.
- Possession of a current Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- A minimum of 1 year of therapeutic experience.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP systems.
- Proficiency in clinical interventions and diagnostic methodologies.
- Ability to work independently while managing a caseload.
- A professional, organized, and responsible attitude towards work is essential.
- Comfort in working with adults, with a preference for experience with teens or couples.
- Initial commitment of 12-14 hours weekly, with a possibility of transitioning to full-time.
