Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve escalated parental concerns.
- Provide necessary tools and training for BCBAs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Oversee that supervision and program management adhere to company and professional standards.
- Assist in formulating the client therapy master schedule.
- Manage client intake following established protocols.
- Prioritize the onboarding process for new clients.
- Participate in the hiring and training of new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
- Attend and lead essential meetings.
- Facilitate training for parents and caregivers.
- Analyze progress data, adjust treatment plans, and update client objectives.
- Undertake additional duties/projects as assigned.
- Valid BCBA and LBA credentials in good standing.
- Excellent communication, planning, time management, and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to collaborate and lead in a dynamic setting.
- Proven experience in case management and supervision of RBTs and junior BCBAs.
- Physically capable of engaging with children (sitting, standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency in using computers and tablets for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to pass a background check.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA is required; a total of 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Supervisor status recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
