Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of therapists, interns, and volunteers.
- Guarantee the provision of exceptional clinical services tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Formulate and execute clinical protocols and best practices.
- Partner with community stakeholders, such as law enforcement, child protective services, and healthcare professionals.
- Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives.
- Maintain precise documentation and ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations and standards.
- Offer clinical supervision and guidance to therapists.
- Contribute to the overall advancement and growth of the organization.
- Strong clinical capabilities, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in supervision and mentoring.
- A firm commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of North Carolina.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with children who have faced trauma.
- Experience with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is advantageous.
- Background in a child advocacy center is a plus.
