Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of therapists, interns, and volunteers by offering clinical support and guidance.
- Oversee all clinical services, including intake, assessment, treatment planning, and case management to ensure high standards of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MDT) such as law enforcement and social services to achieve optimal outcomes for children.
- Engage with community partners, participating in local coalitions and representing the agency at various events.
- Manage clinical documentation, assist with grant reporting, and support overall administrative operations of the agency.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in North Carolina.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with children who have experienced trauma in a clinical environment.
- Proficient clinical skills, particularly in trauma-informed care and therapeutic interventions.
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and supervisory abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for serving children and families in a collaborative and supportive context.
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with children.
- Familiarity with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of child development, trauma, and crisis intervention is beneficial.
