• Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting with a composed and analytical approach.

• Extensive proficiency with various CNC machinery and equipment, including but not limited to Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, and Fanuc.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills tailored to CNC machine centers.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to ensure effective client interaction.

• Significant experience related to CNC machinery and technical support roles.
