Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert clinical guidance to interdisciplinary teams, including Behavior Specialists and Therapists.
- Design and execute evidence-based intervention strategies for children experiencing behavioral difficulties.
- Monitor the quality and efficacy of service provisions.
- Facilitate training and mentorship programs for staff members.
- Aid in the creation and execution of innovative programs and services.
- Profound experience in clinical supervision and the development of effective behavioral intervention plans.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices and functional behavior assessments.
- Proven track record in program development and staff oversight.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant discipline.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification, or Clinical Social Worker.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience delivering mental health services to children and adolescents.
