In this pivotal role, you will provide expert guidance and oversight to clinical teams while developing innovative intervention strategies tailored to the needs of our young clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer specialized clinical consultation to interdisciplinary teams, including Behavior Specialists and Therapists.
• Design and execute evidence-based intervention programs addressing behavioral challenges in children.
• Monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of service delivery within our programs.
• Conduct training sessions and provide supervision to staff members to foster professional development.
• Collaborate in the creation and implementation of new programs and services aimed at improving client outcomes.

• In-depth understanding of evidence-based practices and functional behavioral assessment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in program development and supervisory roles within mental health services.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Current licensure as a Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with mental health certification, or Clinical Social Worker.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience delivering mental health services to children and adolescents.
