Key Responsibilities
- Offer specialized clinical consultation to interdisciplinary teams, including Behavior Specialists and Therapists.
- Design and execute evidence-based intervention programs addressing behavioral challenges in children.
- Monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of service delivery within our programs.
- Conduct training sessions and provide supervision to staff members to foster professional development.
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of new programs and services aimed at improving client outcomes.
- In-depth understanding of evidence-based practices and functional behavioral assessment methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in program development and supervisory roles within mental health services.
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with mental health certification, or Clinical Social Worker.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience delivering mental health services to children and adolescents.
