Key Responsibilities
- Master the art of demand forecasting and analysis by developing accurate forecasts over various time horizons.
- Take charge of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, delivering insights and recommendations that influence crucial business decisions.
- Collaborate with vital stakeholders, including Sales, Production Planning, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure effective communication regarding demand fluctuations.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to assess key performance indicators and enhance forecasting precision continually.
- Promote process improvements and innovations by identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting system enhancements, ideally with familiarity in ERP systems.
- Communicate forecast insights effectively, challenge existing assumptions, and aid in informed decision-making processes.
- Established experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical proficiency and adeptness in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with leading or supporting demand planning within an S&OP framework.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for candidates experienced in IFS.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- A proactive mindset, ready to challenge norms and introduce innovative solutions.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
