About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Demand Planner to take full ownership of demand analysis, forecasting, and demand planning across all finished products. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate forecasting that feeds into our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Demand Forecasting & Analysis – Develop demand forecasts across multiple time horizons, analyze historical sales trends, and refine models based on market insights.
- S&OP Process Leadership – Own the demand review process, providing insights and recommendations that shape business decisions.
- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders – Work closely with Sales, Production Planning, and Supply teams to ensure seamless communication of demand changes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Use Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to generate and analyze key performance indicators (critical metrics) and continuously improve forecasting accuracy.
- Process Improvement & Innovation – Drive continuous improvement in demand planning by supporting system enhancements (IFS ERP) and finding opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Communication & Reporting – Present forecast insights to partners, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision-making across the business.
