Key Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor to fellow analysts, providing guidance and sharing your expertise in accounting.
• Address intricate expense-related challenges, manage allocations, and engage in troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations.
• Contribute significantly to our monthly closing process by managing expense accruals and producing insightful financial summaries.
• Oversee expense management for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial dealings.
• Lead strategic projects, including systems updates and site improvements, to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Utilize analytical skills to generate comprehensive financial reports and unveil valuable insights.
• Prepare journal entries and expense accruals to maintain high-quality financial statements.
• Analyze monthly profit and loss variances, providing recommendations for operational enhancements.
• Monitor budget performance and implement cost-reduction initiatives where applicable.
• Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to streamline invoicing processes and ensure accurate transactions.
• Participate in financial review meetings, articulating variances and expense classifications to stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to requests for financial information, including audit inquiries.
• Develop strong partnerships with Operations and other Finance/Accounting teams, fostering collaboration.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance or accounting, with a robust analytical skill set.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
