Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive medical and procedural consultations to residents while complying with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the facility administrator to identify areas for improvement and future care programs.
- Be available for 24 / 7 emergencies at the facility.
- Attend monthly Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement meetings (minimum of 10 months per year).
- Contribute to the development of clinical pathways aimed at enhancing resident care.
- Support marketing initiatives for the facility as needed.
- Work in tandem with other attending physicians to guarantee the highest care standards for residents.
