Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the intake process for mental health services.
- Supervise the completion of comprehensive assessments.
- Guide the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the delivery of individual therapy.
- Assess the effectiveness of clinical interventions and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support pre-licensed clinicians in their professional development.
- Engage in team meetings to provide insights and feedback.
- Assist staff in managing client discharges and after-care plans.
- Conduct regular audits of mental health files for quality assurance and compliance.
- Manage monthly billing processes.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in team development.
- Strong clinical supervision and mentoring skills.
- In-depth understanding of licensure requirements and state regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
- Commitment to cultural humility and providing client-centered services.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
- At least 2 years of post-licensure supervision experience, preferably with children and families.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising and developing teams.
- Experience in providing clinical supervision to Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs).
