Key Responsibilities
- Supervise referrals for mental health services.
- Oversee assessments performed by pre-licensed staff.
- Guide the creation of individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise the provision of therapy, whether in-home or in-office.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Oversee Medi-Cal approval documentation.
- Mentor pre-licensed staff during team meetings.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Assist in client discharges and after-care initiatives.
- Maintain oversight of pre-licensed staff’s registration and licensure status.
- Conduct audits of mental health files for quality assurance.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to cultural humility and equitable service delivery.
- Adherence to ethical standards and relevant regulations.
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure supervisory experience, particularly with children and families.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the development of a team.
- Familiarity with licensure requirements and state regulations for supervisees.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $50, commensurate with qualifications.
