Remote Operations Coordinator & Supply Chain Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical in streamlining our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and logistical support for a leading supplier in the cosmetics, personal care, and food & nutrition sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete management of customer purchase orders to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Liaise with logistics partners to coordinate timely shipments.
• Monitor and track orders, providing updates to internal teams and clients.
• Address and resolve any order-related discrepancies, shortages, or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices and Certificates of Analysis.
• Keep optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing internal orders based on forecasts.
• Manage incoming shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
• Implement and enhance operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee ingredient availability.
• Support overall office administration and operational tasks as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or order processing, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, or food & nutrition industries.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., ClaritySoft) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills complemented by a customer-focused approach.
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
