Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary patient-centered pulmonology care by rounding on patients in SNFs.
- Diagnose and manage diseases related to the respiratory system and lungs.
- Deliver preventative healthcare services to patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
- Collaborate effectively with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to oversee daily care of residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Utilize various electronic medical tools, including EHR systems and state/county medical resources.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, complemented by additional Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine.
- Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license in Michigan.
- Completion of a U.S. residency program.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Reliable transportation to various facilities.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine with additional Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license and DEA license in Michigan.
- Successful completion of a U.S. residency program.
