Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into effective and clear technology solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of technology projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Create and execute comprehensive test suites.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable software or hardware solutions, including integration strategies.
- Guide team members on assigned programs and assist with technical problem-solving.
- Monitor system performance to align with user needs and business objectives.
- 7 years of experience as an SCM Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and databases (SQL Server, Snowflake).
- Strong experience with o9 platform.
- In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts such as Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Distribution Planning.
- Familiarity with JIRA, defect management, root cause analysis, and reporting tools.
- Prior experience on Supply/Operations Planning projects across various industries is essential.
- Knowledge of o9 platform configurations is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred.
