Job Description:
Required skillset:
- Experience as SCM Analyst.
- Expertise in SQL, Databases
- Experience in o9
- 7 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Must have good experience of working as supply chain analyst.
- Must have expertise in creating complex SQL. Knowledge in databases (SQL Server, Snowflake) and one or more languages like Python, R, SQL or similar is desirable.
- Must have Strong proven experience of overall SCM domain experience. Expert understanding/experience of Supply Chain Planning concepts including Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning is desirable.
- Must have experience in using JIRA, Defect Management, Root Cause Analysis, reporting etc.
- Must have worked in Supply/Operations Planning projects in different industries.
- Good to have experience in O9 Platform, IBPL, Dimensions, Attributes, Measures, Pivots, Spreads, Procedures, Active Rules etc. related configurations.
- Excellent functional/domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation.
- Certifications and prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Understands and translates business requirements to define solution specifications clearly.
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams
- Doing root cause analysis of the incidents
- Creating and executing test suites.
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
- Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Ensure the delivery of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
