Key Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement strategy for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on market dynamics and supply conditions.
- Identify and cultivate strategic vendor relationships.
- Create and maintain comprehensive vendor databases with pricing and timeline intelligence.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Development, and Project Management teams to develop bid packages.
- Oversee the RFI and RFP processes to ensure effective procurement operations.
- Enhance value through careful vetting of partners and strategic project aggregation.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions in conjunction with Legal and Management.
- Promote collaborative partnerships throughout the organization.
- Establish and refine best practices across company-wide procurement operations.
- Implement strategic initiatives to meet company objectives and targets.
- Analyze procurement activities to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the Procurement division.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and cost-benefit evaluation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Experience in risk management and contract management.
- Financial acumen encompassing budgeting and cost analysis.
- Project management experience and proficiency in relevant procurement software and technologies.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy EPC services landscape.
- CPSM or similar professional certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
