Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead and mentor multiple project teams, guiding them to fulfill project objectives and align with strategic goals.
- Strategically collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to outline project scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Establish and manage project expectations, delegating tasks effectively to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Oversee project outcomes, facilitating team meetings to address progress and resolve any obstacles.
- Regularly communicate project status, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs and representing them effectively in public forums.
- Ensure adherence to quality control processes and actively participate in resolving project-related issues.
- Manage contract oversight, including change orders and additional services as needed.

- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Pipe Networks.
- Exceptional leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
- Proven creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of project and program management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field is mandatory.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 15 years' relevant experience in transportation engineering, specifically in public works projects.
