Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead and oversee multiple large-scale projects, including the establishment of new facilities and the optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Provide comprehensive PMO support to enhance operational excellence and achieve cost-to-operate (CTO) efficiencies across various business units.
- Formulate detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project success via key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate updates to stakeholders consistently.
- Anticipate potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and address project disruptions proactively.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure project alignment and requirements are met.
- Validate CTO savings and contribute to measurable results throughout the organization.
- Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and processes across the enterprise.
- Uphold safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Enhance the organization’s project management capabilities through robust training programs.
- Operate autonomously while exercising sound judgment and escalating issues as necessary.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on driving operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Ability to travel within the United States and Mexico, with a valid passport and necessary travel visas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster teamwork in both remote and in-person environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or Business Management.
- A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- PMP certification or demonstrable experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing settings.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing multiple projects and providing PMO support for strategic enterprise rollouts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
