Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify needs and create effective solutions within our Oracle EBS framework.
• Engage in all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Provide ongoing support for supply chain systems and serve as a mentor to junior team members.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Create, test, and enhance software components for various projects.
• Work in conjunction with other IT teams, vendors, and consultants to drive project success.
• Promote a cooperative and productive team atmosphere.
• Offer day-to-day production support and participate in on-call support as necessary.
• Ensure that system implementations meet rigorous quality standards and effectively address issues.
• Adhere to established project management methodologies.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse team members.
• Produce functional and technical specifications and coordinate with development teams for completion and quality assurance.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient background in Oracle EBS, particularly with Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping modules.
• Essential experience integrating planning and WMS systems with ERP.
• Demonstrated experience across all aspects of the SDLC in a software development capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle database technologies (SQL and PL/SQL).
• Familiarity with APEX, Oracle Realtime Data Services, JSON, Unix, XML, Java, Oracle Forms, OAF, ADF, Reports, or BI/Oracle Analytics Publisher is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting project milestones and delivering high-quality results.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand existing knowledge.
  
  

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a software development role.
• At least 8 years of IT experience within an Oracle EBS 12.1⁄12.2 supply chain environment.
• Proficiency with the aforementioned Oracle EBS modules.

• Competitive salary range: \(82,900 - \)118,400 annually (commensurate with experience and skills).
