Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate production and inventory management strategies to fulfill material and finished goods needs.
- Oversee the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products while proactively identifying potential shortages and devising recovery plans.
- Generate and issue manufacturing orders as dictated by the inventory plan.
- Liaise with vendors and our partners in China throughout the production and delivery phases, managing orders, negotiating prices, and addressing any arising issues.
- Coordinate international logistics with all pertinent parties, including shipping agents, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal warehouses.
- Ensure system maintenance for data accuracy and currency.
- Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Produce precise and timely reports.
- Contribute to the optimization of our vendor base, driving cost efficiencies.
- Participate in refining and optimizing supply chain procedures, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Serve as a primary contact for transactional inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Execute other related tasks as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or inventory analysis.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and comprehension abilities.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with relevant systems is preferred.
- Experience in a global supply chain environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
