Key Responsibilities
- Develop production and inventory management strategies to address material and finished goods requirements.
- Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely product delivery while proactively identifying potential shortages and implementing recovery plans.
- Create and issue manufacturing orders based on inventory assessments.
- Coordinate with vendors throughout the production and delivery cycle, managing orders, negotiating pricing, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Facilitate international logistics with shippers, forwarders, brokers, and internal warehouses.
- Maintain data integrity within systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports as needed.
- Assist in optimizing our vendor relationships to drive cost savings.
- Contribute to refining supply chain processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Serve as a key contact for transactional inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or inventory analysis.
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Excel.
- Strong organizational and comprehension skills.
- Effective negotiation capabilities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
