Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all phases of aviation projects, from initial planning through to design and construction.
- Act as the Engineer of Record, ensuring adherence to project quality standards and compliance with regulations.
- Formulate innovative and cost-effective strategies to resolve complex design challenges.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting their career growth and skill enhancement.
- Engage in business development efforts, including client interactions and proposal preparations.
- Remain informed about industry advancements and regulatory updates in aviation engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation engineering and design.
- Proficient project management abilities with a solid record of successfully delivered projects.
- Familiarity with airport airside and/or landside design, FAA regulations, and AIP funding.
- Competence in design software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
