Key Responsibilities
- Analyze weekly demand rates based on business data to optimize supply chain operations.
- Forecast changes in seasonal demand and plan for factory shutdowns during holidays.
- Ensure high stock availability by overseeing stock replenishment across multiple warehouses.
- Verify vendor order receipts to maintain accuracy and ensure timely deliveries.
- Issue purchase orders to achieve target inventory levels for active products.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the supply chain, including lead times, shipping accuracy, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with management to facilitate cost-effective and timely domestic and international shipments.
- Address and resolve issues raised by various departments, including Visual Display, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Compile and maintain reports to assist the Supply Chain Manager and Buyer, including inventory audits and projections.
- Communicate efficiently across teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Create sample requests related to new products or quality concerns.
- Submit notes for product transitions and clearance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, merchandising, logistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant area.
