Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at generating demand and enhancing lead acquisition.
  • Craft compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, and promotional materials utilizing design tools like Canva.
  • Manage and optimize targeted email marketing strategies, including both automated and structured campaigns.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing initiatives, collaborating with major platforms such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon, while focusing on analytical insights.
  • Leverage HubSpot for effective marketing pipeline management and collaborate with the sales team on Salesforce integration.
  • Continuously enhance website performance through A / B testing and strategic adjustments.
  • Direct public relations initiatives, including coordination of trade shows and submission for industry awards.
  • Collaborate with general managers from various locations to create tailored local marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Support the generation of B2B leads through LinkedIn and other demand-generation platforms.

Required Skills :

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing and overall marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for managing marketing pipelines and campaign execution.
  • Experience in content development, email marketing, and e-commerce marketing approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is advantageous.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
