This position supports Sales management with a variety of administrative and operational tasks aimed at driving growth and efficiency.Key Responsibilities : Conduct accurate data entry and validation to support the enterprise sales strategy.Assist in managing communication through phone and email correspondence.Schedule weekly meetings, demonstrations, and webinars.Provide essential administrative assistance to enhance sales revenue and retain clients.Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to develop impactful sales materials.Initiate outreach to identify key stakeholders through research, cold calling, and email communication.Manage and follow up with leads from trade shows, webinars, and website inquiries.Coordinate and generate special reports and projects as necessary.Work closely with the enterprise account team to uncover new opportunities.Document and share meeting minutes from weekly enterprise sales team meetings.Enforce required sales processes within Salesforce and undertake other assigned duties.Occasional travel may be required for key engagements.Required Skills : Previous experience in the Hospitality industry or sales administration is preferred.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.Proficient in Salesforce.com, GoToMeeting, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and organizational skills.High energy, self-motivated, and ambitious disposition.Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.Ability to assess client needs and provide feasible solutions.Qualifications : Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record of sound judgment and accuracy in administrative record-keeping.Career Growth Opportunities : We are dedicated to fostering professional development through training and mentorship programs, enabling team members to advance their careers within our organization.Company Culture and Values : We pride ourselves on a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives.
