Get Set Go Health & Wellness Company, LLC is a dedicated therapy practice committed to providing compassionate and professional mental health services. We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Office Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of our practice, support our therapists, and create a welcoming environment for clients.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager will oversee administrative and operational functions, requiring strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be mission-driven and dedicated to contributing to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic and physical client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide administrative support.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and update both physical and digital filing systems.
- Oversee office organization, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Coordinate office-related services with external partners.
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees and volunteers.
- Maintain employee records and support HR functions as needed.
- Manage time and attendance records and leave requests.
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing and record-keeping.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant materials.
- Work directly with the Executive Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role in a healthcare or therapy setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic, client-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with insurance billing and documentation in a healthcare setting.
- Commitment to fostering a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization.
- Experience with substance abuse programs.
- Team-oriented, flexible, creative, and dedicated to youth development.
- Ability to establish professional boundaries while providing supportive services.
- Experience working with culturally diverse communities and families with cultural sensitivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage the company’s social media presence.
- Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- Valid state driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.

- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
