Some of your key responsibilities as a Car Wash Team Member include:
- Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, customers, and products.
- Directing patrons to the entrance of the wash station and guiding their vehicles onto the automatic mechanism track.
- Activating the wash mechanism and observing its operation to detect equipment malfunctions.
- Providing hand-finishing services as needed.
- Cleaning the concrete area around the car wash.
- Assisting with value-added services such as vehicle prepping.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal car wash uptime.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the car wash area, including sweeping, shoveling snow, and applying salt as necessary.
- Cleaning windows on the car wash building.
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving them with guidance from our service center team.
