Job Title: Car Wash Lead
About the Role:
As a Car Wash Lead, you will play a pivotal part in helping your store achieve its goals and objectives while driving sales growth. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team, bringing with them a background in Car Wash Management and Technical/Mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer concerns and promoting our company culture.
- Clean windows on the car wash building, ensuring the area remains tidy by sweeping debris, shoveling snow, and salting when necessary.
- Hand finish cars as needed, paying close attention to detail.
- Assist in training and leading current WetGo attendants and new hires, providing guidance and support.
- Implement all promotions, including signage, ordering, team training, and establishing performance goals.
- Develop work assignment sheets for every shift, ensuring completion on a daily basis.
- Support and enforce company policies regarding safety and security procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to meet car wash uptime expectations.
- Maintain equipment, floor, interior, and exterior cleanliness to ensure safety and sanitation regulations are met.
