Job Description:
As a GetGo Night Crew Lead, you will exceed customer and team member needs by providing safe, efficient, accurate, and pleasant shopping and food services. This includes certification or licensing preferred for food safety, meeting customer expectations through guidance and coaching to team members, and providing exemplary service to vendors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include overseeing new team member training, ensuring all team members work efficiently and effectively, and providing training and leadership to hourly team members in the store. Additionally, this role involves monitoring competitor fuel pricing, correcting equipment issues, and performing duties as GoGetter, Kitchen GoGetter, and/or WetGoGetter as needed. Furthermore, the successful candidate will assist the store leader with scheduling, adjustments, merchandising, and promotional activities, and nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity.
