The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and be able to implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
In this role, you will supervise and manage production staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules. You will also monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role. A degree in management, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field is a plus. Experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes is also required.
This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and team-building abilities are also essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is required. Highly proficient with MS Office and ability to work 12-hour shifts are must-haves.
