Qualifications
Prepare, Process, and submit warranty claims.
Ensure that the amount claimed to correspond to the criteria of the manufacture.
Follows up on claims to obtain the proper payment.
Analyzes claims denied by the manufacture/supplier and if possible, resubmits in a timely manner.
Serves as a liaison between Service Manager, Service advisors ,Parts department and technicians.
In this role, you will discuss the order and expectations with the customer, prepare warranty documents, submit paperwork to the manufacturer, and track requests to ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work done.
Experience is a plus, willing to train the right candidate.
