What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Specialist position at Sun Kool Air Conditioning?
Sun Kool is seeking an individual with a detailed orientated individual to join our team. This person will be timely, communicative and understand the importance of confidentiality. An individual good with taking direction, a team player and be accurate with data entry. 3 years minimum QB experience is REQUIRED.
*Register equipment for customers and builders
* Process warranties for retro sales
*Answer all warranty questions from dispatchers and customers
*Send out warranty documents via mail and email
* Purchase warranties in a timely manner
Must have 3-5 years of Quickbooks experience
Must be Microsoft office proficient
Must have great data entry skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
